About Alondra...
My name is Alondra Sánchez - Acevedo, and I am a teacher and aspiring psychologist. I am a passionate teacher, who loves working with children and contributing to their development. During the course of my bachelors degree in education, I decided I wanted to help every kind of person, and not just children, which is why I decided to pursue graduate studies in Clinical Psychology.
At some point, I wish to use the knowledge I have acquired and will acquire in both education and psychology to help shape better future educators and mental health care professionals.

Howard Gardner
As a licensed teacher and aspiring psychologist, I believe Howard Gardners theory of Multiple Intelligences, which proposes that people are not born with all of the intelligences they will ever have, summarizes the purpose of both education and mental health. I believe this theory covers all the bases, meaning it is inclusive towards students and the general public as education should be.
